How long is the gift voucher valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient can choose any available date within that time.
How does the recipient book their tour?
They simply contact us by email or WhatsApp, or send a booking request on our website and add the voucher code in the comments.
How do I pay for the voucher?
By bank transfer. After you send the form, we email you an invoice with the payment details within a few hours.
When will I receive the voucher?
As soon as the payment arrives, we send the personalised PDF voucher by email. You can print it or forward it.
Can I buy vouchers for my team or clients?
Yes. We can prepare several vouchers at once and issue one company invoice. Just mention it in the form.
